
Born in Samoa, Lindenmuth developed through rugby pathways in New Zealand and attended Mount Albert Grammar School. He grew up in a rugby family environment and progressed through age-grade systems, representing both New Zealand and Samoa at the U20 level.
He built his professional career in New Zealand, playing provincial rugby and competing in Super Rugby with Moana Pasifika. He earned international honors with Samoa before continuing his development at the professional level.
He joined Major League Rugby with the Houston SaberCats in 2024 and became a consistent starting prop. He earned All-MLR Honorable Mention honors in back-to-back seasons and helped lead Houston to a Western Conference title before joining the Seattle Seawolves for the 2026 season.
Lindenmuth represents the USA Eagles at the international level and brings physicality and experience to the forward pack. Outside of rugby, he enjoys quiz nights, painting, gaming, and spending time socially.
