
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, White began playing rugby in high school after starting his athletic career in other positions. He developed through the University of Louisville and later trained at the Sharks Academy in South Africa, building his foundation as a front row player.
He began his professional career in Major League Rugby with the Seattle Seawolves in the league’s inaugural season before moving to Austin, Chicago, and Houston. He gained experience across multiple teams and established himself as a reliable prop with strong defensive output.
He returned to the Seattle Seawolves for the 2026 season after previously being part of the club’s 2018 championship-winning team. He brings veteran experience with over 75 career appearances and more than 300 tackles in Major League Rugby.
White has been influenced by coaches and players throughout his career, including Tendai Mtawarira. Outside of rugby, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time off the pitch.
