
Born in Hawaii and raised in Australia, Chan-Tung developed his rugby through Hawker College and progressed into the Brumbies Senior Academy. He continued his development at the University of Canberra while building his game as a hooker.
He played club rugby with the Gungahlin Eagles, where he competed in the ACTRU Premier Division and won the John I Dent Cup. He also represented Australia at the U20 level, gaining valuable experience in high-level competition.
He began his Major League Rugby career with the San Diego Legion in 2025, earning his debut and gaining experience at the professional level. He joined the Seattle Seawolves for the 2026 season, adding depth to the front row.
Chan-Tung works as a youth worker and is passionate about coaching and mentoring young players. Outside of rugby, he enjoys supporting the next generation of athletes.
