
Born in Scotland, Bennett began playing rugby at a young age with his local club and progressed through the Scottish pathway. He developed at Ayr RFC before earning a professional opportunity early in his career with Glasgow Warriors.
He built his professional career across top European competitions with Glasgow Warriors, Clermont Auvergne, and Edinburgh Rugby. He gained over a decade of experience at the highest level and became a consistent performer in the midfield.
He joined the Seattle Seawolves for the 2026 season, bringing international experience and leadership to the backline. His presence adds composure and attacking quality at center.
Bennett represented Scotland internationally and also competed in the Olympic Games with Team GB Sevens. Outside of rugby, he is training to become a financial advisor and enjoys golf and gaming.
