Born in California and raised in Utah, Moli developed his athletic background through Herriman High School, where he excelled in both rugby and football. He earned national recognition in rugby before continuing his athletic career at Weber State University.
He built his pathway through the Utah Warriors system, progressing from academy and select sides into the professional environment. His development included strong performances that translated into opportunities at the Major League Rugby level.
He began his professional career with the Utah Warriors in 2024 and continued to grow into a starting role in 2025. He earned Pathway Player of the Year honors and established himself as a physical forward before joining the Seattle Seawolves for the 2026 season.
