Born in Italy, Douglas began playing rugby after initially pursuing other sports as a young athlete. He developed quickly and progressed through Rugby Club Valpolicella and the Italian National Academy system.
He continued his development with Benetton Rugby and represented Italy at U20 and U23 levels. He also gained international club experience playing with Mogliano and spending time in Australia, building his game across multiple environments.
He joins the Seattle Seawolves as a pathway player, bringing speed and versatility to the backline. He represents a young talent with international development experience and strong upside.
Outside of rugby, Douglas works in modeling and enjoys staying active off the pitch.
