Born in Ili'ili, American Samoa, Tuamoheloa began his rugby journey through sevens at a young age. He developed his game through local club rugby before continuing his career at Weber State University.
He progressed through domestic pathways in the United States, earning opportunities with the Utah Warriors and Rugby ATL. He also broke into the USA Sevens setup, gaining international experience on the world stage.
He joined the Seattle Seawolves for the 2026 season after returning to Major League Rugby in 2025. He brings speed and versatility across the backline and adds depth at center.
Tuamoheloa has balanced both fifteens and sevens throughout his career. Outside of rugby, he enjoys golf, gaming, training, and spending time in the gym.
