Born in Auburn, Washington, Liulamaga began his rugby career at the high school level. He played at Auburn High School and developed with Rainier Rugby Club, earning recognition as a High School All-American.
He continued his development at Central Washington University. He became one of the top collegiate players in the country and earned two Collegiate All-American selections. He was also nominated for the Rudy Scholz Award.
He was selected by the Seattle Seawolves in the first round of the 2024 MLR Collegiate Draft. He joined the squad for the 2025 season and returned for 2026 after being named the team’s Young Player of the Year.
Liulamaga represents local talent rising through the system. Off the pitch, he stays focused on development and growth within the game.
